The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has placed significant pressures on the UK health and care services which, in turn, has brought additional demands to newly-qualified occupational therapists. These OTs are entering the workforce in uncertain and unprecedented times and their need for support is greater than ever, particularly for those working in psychologically demanding, traumatic situations or starting a new post working remotely from home. Although we understand that work-place clinical supervision is still provided, the Elizabeth Casson Trust has provided us with funding to run an online peer-support group to help these OTs with
